DISCUSSION
Background
TRANSPAC was formed in 1986 to provide the cities of Central Contra Costa County a forum to discuss mutual planning and transportation issues. When Measure C, a countywide transportation proposition, was adopted in 1988, TRANSPAC became the official regional transportation, land use, and housing forum for Central Contra Costa County. The member agencies include Contra Costa County, Clayton, Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek, and Pleasant Hill.

TRANSPAC meets to discuss transportation-related issues. A Councilmember and a Planning Commissioner represent each jurisdiction. The Chair of the CCTA then submits the actions.

An Executive Summary of the actions taken on November 20, 2024, and December 18, 2024, at the CCTA Board meetings is included along with the meeting minutes. The actions taken at the TRANSPAC Committee meeting on September 12, 2024, and November 14, 2024, are included in the attached status letter and meeting minutes.
