Scope of Work:
1. Remove and dispose of all existing roofing material and flashings to the wood deck. (Abatement not included)
2. Includes 5k for dry rot allowance.
3. Temporarily remove remove roof top decks. To be re-installed after roof installation.
4. Install 1.75" Polyiso mechacnially attached.
5. Install Tapered polyiso crickets as needed between drains.
6. Install 1/4" densdeck prime mechanically attached.
7. Install 60 mil PVC mechanically attached. Install all new flashings, scupper and drain flashings..
8. Install new collector heads and downspoutsat scuppers.
9. Re-use metal coping cap.
5 year Contractor and 20 year manufacturer warranty.
Price per 4'x8' sheet for plywoof replacement: $180.00
Any additional dry rot damage to be addresses via time and material: $120.00 per man hour labor 15% mark up on materials.
Total amount: $439,520.00

The project schedule and work days are effected by inclement weather and dry conditions after storms. Changes in the scope of work and / or delays in approval will extend the completion date. Our price includes all labor, material, equipment, taxes, fees and insurance required to complete the work listed above. This proposal may be withdrawn if not accepted within 30 days from the date listed in the heading.

Acceptance of this contract authorizes State Roofing Systems, Inc. to complete the specifications, terms and conditions listed on this document.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment with credit cards must follow our "credit card policy" that is sent with each invoice.
Delinquent accounts will be subject to interest at the maximum legal rate in addition to all collection costs and attorney fees. This contract can be canceled in writing by the owner at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the acceptance date above. The general conditions attachment is part of this contract. We dont anticipate asbestos, but we will need to test to make sure. If it is ACM there would be an added cost of $18,000 for remediation.
