RESOLUTION NO. -25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A THREE YEAR AGREEMENT FOR INDEPENDENT AUDITING SERVICES WITH MACIAS GINI & O’CONNELL, LLP WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract in June 2023 with Macias Gini & O’Connell, LLP for auditing services; and
WHEREAS, the contract term expired with the completion of auditing services for fiscal year 2023/24; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to execute a new three-year contract for audit services for the fiscal years 2024/25, 2025/26 and 2026/27 due to Macias Gini & O’Connell, LLP’s demonstrated ability.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement in a form substantially similar to that attached for professional services with Macias Gini & O’Connell, LLP.
