ANNUAL UPDATE OF MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
CITYWIDE, CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Pleasant Hill (City) that the City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider approving an increase and other revisions and clarifications for City service fees set forth in the City’s Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Master Fee Schedule. On May 20, 2003 City Council Resolution #51-03 was adopted to adjust the City’s Master Fee Schedule and to allow fees to increase annually by the Consumer Price Index (January/February two-month value). The proposed CPI increase for the upcoming fiscal year is 2.7 percent based on the State of California’s published year-over-year percentage increase for the San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward geographical area. By law, user fees may not exceed the reasonable cost of service for which they are collected.
THE PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the City Council with a start time of 7:00 P.M. on June 16, 2025 in the City Council Chambers, 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act. Interested persons will be heard at this time.

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN pursuant to Government Code Section 65009(b) that, if this matter is subsequently challenged in Court by you or others, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else has raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Pleasant Hill at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
