RESOLUTION NO. -25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF $81,950 FROM THE CAPITAL PROJECT/BUILDING FUND (FUND 308) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY HALL
FIRST FLOOR OFFICES/PD DISPATCH CARPET REPLACEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Hall Building was originally constructed in 1991 and there have been no significant improvements to the interior of the first floor offices to date; and WHEREAS, the Police Department Dispatch Center was last renovated in 2010 and the carpet is in need of replacement; and
WHEREAS, the City Hall First Floor Offices and the Police Department Dispatch Center will benefit from carpeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Hall Carpet Replacement (First Floor Offices) was an approved project in the FY2022/2027 and 2024/2029 Capital Improvement Programs and funded in the amount of $80,000; and
WHEREAS, additional funding is required to complete the carpeting project at both the City Hall First Floor Offices and the Police Department Dispatch Center; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that an appropriation of $81,950 from Fund 308 Capital Project/Building Fund is authorized for the construction of the City Hall First Floor Offices/PD Dispatch Carpet Replacement Project.
