AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY CHAPTER 14.60 VOLUNTARY RESIDENTIAL
WEATHERIZATION DISCLOSURE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pleasant Hill Municipal Code Section 14.60, Voluntary Residential Weatherization Disclosure, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Effective Date and Posting. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its passage and adoption. Copies of this Ordinance shall, within fifteen days after its passage and adoption, be posted in three public places in the City of Pleasant Hill, to wit: 1.
Bulletin Board, City Hall Offices; 2. Bulletin Board, Pleasant Hill Police Department; and 3.
Bulletin Board, Senior Center.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill on the 6th day of October, 2025, and duly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the ________day of _____________, 2025, by the following vote, to wit:
