FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL AND BMI IMAGING, INC.
This First Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Pleasant Hill and BMI Imaging, Inc. is made on November 3rd, 2025 by and between the City of Pleasant Hill ("City") and BMI Imaging, Inc. ("Consultant").
1. Section 1, Scope of Services, is hereby amended to add the following:
Consultant shall furnish the additional services as needed as identified in Exhibit A-1.
2. Section 3, Compensation, is hereby amended to add the following:
A First Amendment increases the amount of compensation City shall pay to Consultant by an additional $50,946.29 for a revised total not to exceed amount of $387,514.29 without additional written authorization from the City.
3. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this First Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services to be executed on the date first written above.
