RESOLUTION NO. -25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL TO
EXECUTE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH HOLISTIC SOLUTIONS, LLC FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO DEVELOP A
STRATEGIC PLAN TO BE EMPLOYER OF CHOICE
WHEREAS, the City approved an initial agreement with Holistic Solutions, LLC (Holistic) for consulting and training services for the development of a strategic plan for the City to be the “Employer of Choice” in Contra Costa County by focusing on “People, Resources & Culture”; and
WHEREAS, the City collaborated with Holistic in the development and execution of an employee survey; and
WHEREAS, the City utilized the employee survey analysis, data driven insights, and actionable recommendations provided by Holistic to develop a strategic action plan; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to amend the Agreement to complete necessary work to complete the action plan;
WHEREAS, Holistic Solutions, LLC has submitted a proposal to the City of Pleasant Hill, which is complete and acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Manager is authorized to execute a first amendment to the existing Professional Services Agreement with Holistic Solutions, LLC, attached as Exhibit 1 for consulting support in an amount not to exceed $36,500 for a total contract amount not to exceed $126,500.
