Background
TRANSPAC was formed in 1986 to provide the cities of Central Contra Costa County a forum to discuss mutual planning and transportation issues. The member agencies include Contra Costa County, Clayton, Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek, and Pleasant Hill.
TRANSPAC meets to discuss transportation-related issues. A Councilmember and a Planning Commissioner represent each jurisdiction. The Chair of the CCTA then submits the actions.
