A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
APPROVING THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL INVESTMENT POLICY EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026
WHEREAS, California state law requires the City Treasurer to render a statement of Investment Policy annually to the City Council at a public meeting; and WHEREAS, California state law requires the City Council to annually delegate investment authority to the City Treasurer.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill, delegates investment authority to the Chief Financial Officer serving as City Treasurer of the City of Pleasant Hill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill, approves the City of Pleasant Hill Investment Policy (attached) effective July 1, 2026.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 2026, by the following vote:
