TITLE: TREASURER’S REPORT AS OF MARCH 31, 2026
SYNOPSIS
The Chief Financial Officer/City Treasurer (CFO/Treasurer) will provide quarterly the City’s Treasurer Report along with transactions that have occurred over that period as updated in the City’s Investment Policy.
DISCUSSION
Background
On April 20, 2026, the City Council approved the updated Investment Policy, which requires that the CFO/Treasurer provide the quarterly Treasurer’s Report along with the investment transactions that occurred during that period in compliance with Government Code 53646.
FISCAL IMPACT
None.

Public Contact was made through posting of the City Council agenda on the City’s official notice bulletin board, at the Pleasant Hill Senior Center, and at the Pleasant Hill Police Department. The agenda and staff report are posted on the City’s web page.
RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION
Move to accept the March 31, 2026, Treasurer’s Report and the quarterly investment transactions from Chandler Asset Management.
