SUBJECT: Measure K Oversight Committee Annual Report to Council – Fiscal Year 2024-2025 The Pleasant Hill Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance (known as Measure K) was approved by voters of Pleasant Hill on November 8, 2016, and required that the City Council establish an oversight committee to review expenditures of the tax funds collected. The City Council established the Measure K Oversight Committee and its bylaws by adoption of Resolution No. 16-17 at its meeting on February 6, 2017. The bylaws require that the Committee provide an annual report to the City Council.
