Public Communication. The public may comment on any item on this agenda during the public comment period. The City Council will accept, but not discuss comments. Public comment may be made by:
1. Emailing comments to [email protected] by 3:00 p.m. the day of the meeting; Participate in person during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Comments are limited to two minutes per speaker.
2. Call by phone to share your comments live (925) 671-5273. Speakers are encouraged to call 5 minutes before the meeting and will be placed on hold until the meeting begins. Calls will only remain active through the public comment portion of the meeting.
3. If, due to a disability, a reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in this meeting, please contact the ADA Coordinator 24 hours in advance of the meeting at (925) 671-5267 or via California Relay at 711.
