RESOLUTION NO. __-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
DESIGNATING VICE MAYOR ANDREI OBOLENSKIY AS A VOTING
DELEGATE AND COUNCILMEMBER BELLE LA AS AN ALTERNATE
AT THE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE FROM SEPTEMBER 23-25, 2026, IN ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the League of California Cities Annual Conference will be held September 23- 25, 2026, in Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, in order to vote at the Annual Business Meeting scheduled for September 23-25, 2026, the City Council must designate a voting delegate, and the voting delegate must be registered to attend the conference; and
WHEREAS, Vice Mayor Andrei Obolenskiy is registered to attend the conference; and WHEREAS, Councilmember Belle La is registered to attend the conference; and WHEREAS, in the event the designated voting delegate is unable to serve in that capacity, the City Council may appoint up to two alternate voting delegates; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that Vice Mayor Andrei Obolenskiy is designated as the voting delegate at the 2026 Annual League of California Cities Conference being held September 23-25, 2026, and Councilmember La is designated as the alternate voting delegate.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 21st day of September 2026, by the following vote:
