A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO USE THE PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL, AND
GOVERNMENTAL (PEG) FUND FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
VIDEO WALL
WHEREAS, the City desires to replace the existing video wall in the Council Chambers for public broadcasting; and
WHEREAS, the PEG Fund allocated in the City’s current fiscal year budget is insufficient to fund the replacement of the video wall in the City’s Council Chambers; and WHEREAS, the video wall replacement meets the criteria for expenditure from the PEG Fund;
WHEREAS, the Budget Committee met on September 30, 2026, and reviewed the item and recommended approval to the City Council for the video wall replacement; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill hereby appropriates $69,998.62 from the PEG Fund and authorizes the City Manager to expend those funds for the replacement of the video wall in the City’s Council Chambers.
