Mayor Brown called the special meeting of the City Council from various remote locations to order at the hour of 2: 00 p.m.

Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown PUBLIC COMMENT — None.

The City Council conducted applicant interviews for various commissions.
