CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL
Mayor Brown called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 1:00 p.m. from the Remillard Room located at 3333 Busch Road.
Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Brown
Absent: None
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Brown opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Brown closed public comment.
CITY COUNCIL GOVERNANCE WORKSHOP
Amy Howorth with MRG Consulting led the workshop.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Brown adjourned the meeting at 5: 15 p.m.
