CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Brown called the meeting to order at the hour of 5:02 p.m. from the City Council Conference Room located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue.

Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Brown
Absent: None
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Brown opened public comment. The following individuals provided comments: Jan Batcheller, Vicki LaBarge, Linda Kelly, Gina Channell Wilcox.

WORKSHOP
1. City Council Norms and Code of Conduct
City Manager Beaudin introduced the item. The City Council provided feedback for incorporation.
