CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Brown called the meeting to order at the hour of 5:00 p.m. from the City Council Conference Room located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Brown
Absent: None
Councilmember Nibert arrived at 5:04 p.m. after roll call was taken.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Brown opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Brown closed public comment and adjourned to closed session.
