CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Brown called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. from the Remillard Conference Room located at 3333 Busch Road.

Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Brown
Absent: None
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Brown opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: Jan Coleman Knight.

WORKSHOP
1. Citywide Strategic Planning Workshop
Alexa Jeffress, Deputy City Manager, and Gerry Beaudin, City Manager, introduced the item and consultants from Baker Tilly who facilitated the workshop.
The City Council provided feedback and direction on the draft strategic plan.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 1:50 p.m.
