CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Brown called the meeting to order at the hour of 2:00 p.m.

Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Brown
Absent: None
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Brown opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Brown closed public comment and adjourned to closed session.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Govt. Code, § 54957. 6:
Agency representative: Gerry Beaudin, Veronica Thomas, Tim Davis ( Burke Willliams & Sorensen)
Employee Organization: Pleasanton Police Officers' Association City Attorney Sodergren noted that Susan Hsieh, Finance Director, was present for the discussion.
REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Sodergren stated there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT — The meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
