Re: Supplemental Item for Zoning Administrator Actions On January 10, 2024, the packet for City Council's January 16, 2024, meeting was being finalized and an additional action by the Zoning Administrator could not be added at that time.
The following reflects the additional item approved by the Zoning Administrator's on January 10, 2024.

Approval of a certificate of appropriateness to demolish an approximately 2,122-square-foot, two- story, historic single- family home deemed a hazard and safety risk by the Chief Building Official for the construction of an approximately 2,387-square-foot, two-story, single-family home with an approximately 599 square- foot attached garage and related site modifications at 288 Ray Street, previously approved under Planning Case No. P20- 0747 and determined to meet City policies and standards with respect to modification of an historic structure.
