Mayor Brown opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Brown closed the public comment.
PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS
1. Approving, authorizingand directingexecutionof certainfinancingdocumentsand certain actions in connection with issuing up to $ 19, 000, 000 in water revenue bonds for financing improvements to the City's water system
Recommendation: Adopt ResolutionNo. JPFA2024-21 authorizingthe executionand delivery of an Indenture of Trust, an Installment Sale Agreement, a Bond Purchase Agreementand a PreliminaryOfficialStatementand authorizingcertainrelatedmatters regardingthe PleasantonJoint PowersFinancingAuthority 2024Water Revenue Bonds.
MOTION: It was m/s by Nibert/Testa to approve the item as recommended. Motion passed by the following vote:
