CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting Workshop of the City Council to order at the hour of 5:34 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch
Absent: None.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: Jan Batcheller, Kelly Cousins, Ted Fong and Vicki LaBarge.
Mayor Balch closed the public comment.
WORKSHOP
1. City Council Budget Workshop: Budget Update, Budget Principles and Key Financial Policies
Recommendation:
1. Receive a budget presentation, including budget principles and key financial policies
2. Provide feedback and approve high- level budget principles
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Balch adjourned the meeting at 6:57 p.m.
