CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. from the Remillard conference room at 3333 Busch Road.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch
Absent: None.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch closed the public comment.
CITY COUNCIL RETREAT
1. City Council strategic planning session and retreat The retreat was facilitated by Raftelis consultants Nancy Hetrick and Rod Gould.
The City Council reviewed strategic plan priorities.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Balch adjourned the meeting at 5:06 p.m.
