CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting - Workshop of the City Council to order at the hour of 3:00 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Aven ue.

Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch
Absent: None.

2. Accept the report on independent financial assessment commissioned by the City Council
Recommendation: Accept the report on independent financial assessment commissioned by the City Council.
Presentation by Eide Bailly consultants Dr. Bradford Rockabrand and Scott Catlett.
3. Receive presentation on fiscal years 2025/26 and 2026/27 General Fund baseline budget and preliminary ten-year financial forecast
Item continued to a future date to be determined.
