CALL TO ORDER
Roll Call
Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 5:05 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch
Absent: None.
1. Public Comment
Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch closed the public comment.
WORKSHOP
2. Accept the Water Enterprise financial analysis and approve the Enhance scenario Recommendation: Accept the Water Enterprise Financial Analysis and approve the Enhance scenario.
Presentation by Ryan Smith, and consultants Sanjay Gaur and Nancy Phan ( Water Resource Economics).
The City Council provided feedback with unanimous support of the Enhance scenario.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Balch adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
