CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 4:45 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch
Absent: None.
1. Public Comment - Comments are limited to only those items listed on the agenda.
Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch closed the public comment.
2. Adopt a resolution extending the Pleasanton City Employees Association, AFSCME Local 955, AFL-CIO Memorandum of Understanding for the term of April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2025, for two months, ending May 31, 2025 Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-012 extending the Pleasanton City Employees Association, AFSCME Local 955, AFL-CIO Memorandum of Understanding for the term of April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2025, for two months, ending May 31, 2025.
MOTION: It was m/s by Testa/Nibert to approve the item as recommended. Motion passed by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch Noes: None
Absent: None
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Balch adjourned the meeting at 4:40 p.m.
