CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting Closed Session of the City Council to order at the hour of 6:15 p.m. from the Council Conference Room located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue.

Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch
Absent: None.

ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
2. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION per Gov’t Code §54957(b):
Title: City Manager and City Attorney
At 7:02 p.m., the closed session was continued to resume upon conclusion of the scheduled regular Council meeting.
At 10:40 a.m., the closed session meeting was reconvened. ______________________

City Attorney Sodergren stated there was no reportable action on closed session.
