CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting Workshop of the City Council to order at the hour of 4:00 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch
Absent: None.
1. Public Comment - Comments are limited to items listed on the agenda.
Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment:
Michael Mitchell, Shiroy Choksey, Jan Batcheller, Valerie Arkin, Jan Coleman- Knight, Delia Muniz, Doug Ricketts, Daniel Fellman, Donna Pulvermacher, Andrew Hurley, Kelly Cousins, and Jim Lehrman.
Mayor Balch closed the public comment.
WORKSHOP
2. Receive a report and provide direction on the Project Prioritization Framework for Fiscal Years 2025/26 and 2026/27
Recomme
ndation: Receive a report on the project prioritization framework and provide direction to staff on City Council priorities for project implementation.
The City Council completed a dot voting activity with results to be presented at the next City Council meeting.
