CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting Workshop of the City Council to order at the hour of 4: 30 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue.

Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch
Absent: None.
WORKSHOP
Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment:
Rick Hammel, Michael Mitchell, Sharon Piekarski, Sandra Dibiasi, Michele Peterson, Alan Shapiro, Falguni Dave, Paul Wiener, Emily August, Gabi Welk, Pam Alpert, Phil Bowman, and Vicki LaBarge.
Mayor Balch closed the public comment.
1. Receive a report on Strategic Plan implementation, review the Strategic Plan Dashboard, and provide direction on City Council priorities and priority projects Presentation by Sharon Petrehn, Principal Analyst.
The City Council provided feedback to prioritize projects 46, 51, 53, 57, 73, 74, and 79 from the existing project prioritization list. Additionally the City Council provided feedback to include possible new projects for a sports court ordinance and the North Arroyo Mocho trail.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Balch adjourned the meeting at 6: 39 p.m.
