CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting Closed Session of the City Council to order at the hour of 4:32 p.m. from the City Council Conference Room located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch
Absent: None.
Councilmember Nibert arrived at 4:33 p.m.

Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch closed the public comment.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION • Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraphs (d)(2) and (e)(2) of Section 54956.9: (One Case: Mutual Waiver and Release Agreement Between Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Zone 7 and the City of Pleasanton, dated July 17, 2025, as it relates to the City’s purchase of water meters for its Water Meter Advanced Metering Infrastructure (“AMI”) Project.)
• Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: (One Case.)
