RECOMMENDED ACTION
Open public hearing and continue until November 15, 2022
ANALYSIS
At the September 27, 2022 meeting, the City Council expressed concern about the parking requirements for the project located at 140 School Street and continued the hearing until October 25, 2022 in order to offer the applicant the ability to modify plans.
In the interim, the City and applicants have communicated, but have been unable to finalize the parking situation as yet. This is mainly due to illnesses that have impacted workflow since the last meeting.
Therefore, staff requests that the item be continued until the November 15, 2022 City Council meeting.
