Dear Mr. Zabinsky,
Here is Point Arena's report for the month of December 2022. The plant wasn't in compliance with all discharge requirements. We had a TSS a little over daily limit, but monthly average was compliant. During this month we have maintained the required freeboard, at all times, in all of our percolation ponds.
There were no blockages or overflows in the collection system during the month of December 2022
We have not used the spray irrigation system in December 2022.
