Dear Mr. Zabinsky,
Here is Point Arena's report for the month of July 2023. The plant wasn't in compliance with all discharge requirements. We exceeded our "TSS" monthly limit. We have had Algae issues the past couple months. We have treated our Lagoons for Algae and Duckweed. The numbers are getting better each week as we gain control of this matter. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. During this month we have maintained the required freeboard, at all times, in all of our percolation ponds.
There were no blockages or overflows in the collection system during the month of July 2023.
