Here is Point Arena's report for the month of August 2023. The plant was in compliance with all discharge requirements. During this month we have maintained the required freeboard, at all times, in all of our percolation ponds.
There were no blockages or overflows in the collection system during the month of August 2023 I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine or imprisonment for knowing violations.
