Dear Mr. Zabinsky,
Here is Point Arena's report for the month of September 2023. The plant wasn't in compliance with all discharge requirements. Our "TSS" was 75mg/l over our monthly average. We have been killing off our duck weed in our lagoon. Due to that, I feel this is why our "TSS" is a little bit over. Please call me if you have any other questions or concerns. During this month we have maintained the required freeboard, at all times, in all of our percolation ponds.
There were no blockages or overflows in the collection system during the month of September 2023.
