Dear Mr. Zabinsky,
Here is Point Arena's report for the month of October 2023. The plant wasn't in compliance with all discharge requirements. We are over our monthly average on the "TSS" by 11.5mg/l. We have been dealing with Duckweed and Alge and spraying Pondzilla and Flumagaurd and Argos to get rid of it. I finally believe we got it under control. If you have any other questions or concerns, please call me. During this month we have maintained the required freeboard, at all times, in all of our percolation ponds.
There were no blockages or overflows in the collection system during the month of October 2023.
