Dear Mr. Zabinsky,
Here is Point Arena's report for the month of April 2024. The plant wasn't in compliance with all discharge requirements. We exceeded our "TSS" limit by 0.25 mg/l. We are dealing with the algae bloom that happens every year around now. We treated the lagoons with Flumaguard and Pondzilla. Hoping it takes care of the issue. Call if you have any more questions. During this month we have maintained the required freeboard, at all times, in all of our percolation ponds.
There were no blockages or overflows in the collection system during the month of April 2024.
