Dear Mr. Zabinsky,
Here is Point Arena's report for the month of May 2024. The plant wasn't in compliance with all lischarge requirements. We exceeded our "TSS" limit by 21.4 mg/l. We lost our Muffin Monste early in the Month and are waiting on parts to fix it. This is allowing bigger stuff to enter our system and not be chewed up by the Muffin Monster. We feel this is the reason for the "TSS" to be so high. Please call me if you have any questions or concerns. During this month we have maintained the required freeboard, at all times, in all of our percolation ponds.
There were no blockages or overflows in the collection system during the month of May 2024.
