Here is Point Arena's report for the month of July 2025. The plant wasn't in compliance with all discharge requirements. We exceeded our monthly average of 50mg/1, we ended up with 107.2mg/l. 57.2mg/l over our limit. Algae has been our problem with our TSS being over our limit. Witch seems to happen every year around this time. We have sprayed both lagoons and have added Lyme for control. We are getting duckweed on our lagoon and it should help us with the UV that is feeding the Algae. Hoping this will be the last month we are over our TSS limit.
Feel free to call if you have any questions. During this month we have maintained the required freeboard, at all times, in all of our percolation ponds.
There were no blockages or overflows in the collection system during the month of July 2025.
