RESOLUTION NO. 2026-17
RESOLUTION OF THE POINT ARENA CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING CITY
MANAGER AS SIGNATORY FOR PROJECTS FUNDED THROUGH THE
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the City of Point Arena is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for certain Transportation Projects, through the California Department of Transportation; and WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the California Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed; and WHEREAS, the City of Point Arena wishes to delegate authorization to execute these agreements and any amendments thereto to the City Manager to execute all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements and any amendments thereto with California Department of Transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Point Arena City Council delegates signatory authority to the City Manager for projects funded through the California Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED. The foregoing Resolution No. 2026-17 was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Point Arena City Council on the 15th day of September 2026, by the following roll call vote. Motion by ____________, Seconded_____________.
