RESOLUTION NO. 2022-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 OPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $250,000 FROM FRANCHISE FEE FUNDED PROGRAMS FUND BALANCE WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the FY 2021-22 Operating Budget by appropriating $250,000 from available reserves in Franchise Fee Funded Programs fund balance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2021-22 Operating Budget by appropriating $250,000 from the Franchise Fee Funded Programs fund balance to pay for the City’s Residential and Commercial Garbage, Recyclable Material, and Organic Waste Collection Services Request for Proposal (587-2505-52285-00000).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
