RESOLUTION NO. 2022-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE CONSOLIDATED PLAN, THE FY 2021-22 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND THE FY 2021-22 CITY OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING/DECREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS AND REALLOCATING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG), COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CORONA VIRUS (CDBG-CV), HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAM, EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT (ESG), LEAD HAZARD REDUCTION AND HEALTHY HOMES (LHRHH), CALHOME FUNDS AND APPROPRIATING PROGRAM INCOME FOR CDBG, HOME AND CALHOME PROGRAMS WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to amend the FY 2021-22 Adopted Operating Budget for various grant funds; and WHEREAS, the City Council must find that under the Federal guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the proposed changes are eligible uses of CDBG, CDBG-CV, HOME, ESG, LHRHH and CALHOME funds and will serve low- to moderate-income persons and/or areas; and WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council desires to allocate the unexpended funds to eligible projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pomona, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the (FY) 2021-22 Operating Budget to increase revenue estimates and appropriate funding as follows:

Section 2. That, upon finding under the Federal guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the proposed changes are eligible uses of said funds and will serve low to moderate income persons.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest to the passage of this resolution and it shall thereupon be in full force and effect upon its adoption.
