NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A PUBLIC ALLEY LOCATED NORTH OF MISSION BOULEVARD,
BETWEEN LINDEN STREET AND PALOMARES STREET
VACATION NO. V-318
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN , that the City Council of the City of Pomona, County of L os Angeles, State of California , will hold a PUBLIC HEARING under Chapter 3 of the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law regarding the vacation of the alley located west of East End Avenue, between First Street and Third Street, in the City of Pomona, California.
Any and all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation may appear before the City Council and then and there show cause why the proposed vacation should not be carried out.
All persons interested in the proposed vacation may be heard at the following date, hour and place:
DATE AND TIME OF HEARING: Monday, February 7, 2022 at 7:00 PM PLACE OF HEARING: The Public hearing will occur via teleconference. The webinar link will be posted on the City website on Thursday February 3, 2022, as part of the agenda for the February 7, 2022 City Council meeting.
DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PORTION OF ALLEY TO BE VACATED:
THAT CERTAIN 20 FOOT WIDE ALLEY WITHIN BLOCK 71 OF POMONA TRACT, IN
THE CITY OF POMONA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 3, PAGE 90 AND 91 ET SEQ. OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
CONTAINING AN AREA OF 5,200 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS.
