RESOLUTION NO. 2020-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE FY 2021-22 OPERATING BUDGET BY UNAPPROPRIATING $50,000 FROM 101-2530-52285-00000 AND AMENDING THE FY 2021-22 CIP BUDGET BY TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING THIS $50,000 OF GENERAL FUNDS TO THE PARTIALLY FUNDED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) PROJECT “UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS – WORK AND REMOVAL PLANS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71061 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the FY 2021-22 Operating Budget by unappropriating $50,000 from 101-2530-52285-00000; and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the FY 2021-22 CIP Budget by transferring and appropriating $50,000 of General Fund funding to “Underground Storage Tanks – Work and Removal Plans,” Project No. 428-2590- XXXXX-71061.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2021-22 Operating and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budgets by:
Unappropriating $50,000 from the General fund – Transportation & Development line item (Acct No. 101-2530-52285-00000); and Transferring and appropriating $50,000 of General Fund funding to “Underground Storage Tanks - Work and Removal Plans,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71061 (428-2590-66196-71061; 101-2590-89987-71061, 428-2590-80701-71061).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
