RESOLUTION NO. 2022-51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 OPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDING THE FY 2021-22 AUTHORIZING STAFFING LEVELS WHEREAS, a fiscal review is a prudent method to ensure that the City maintains a healthy financial structure; WHEREAS, the City routinely adjusts fiscal year revenue estimates and appropriations throughout the fiscal year; WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2021-22 Operating Budget, Housing Authority Budget, and the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program on June 7, 2021 and all appropriations for departments or major organizational units within the General Fund and all operating funds were approved; WHEREAS, the City Council approved amendments to the fiscal year 2021-22 General Fund Operating budget on October 4, 2021, November, 15, 2021, December 21, 2021, February 28, 2022, and March 7, 2022. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Mid-Year General Fund Fiscal Review has hereby been received and reviewed by the City Council.
SECTION 2. That the City Council amends the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 City Operating Budget for the purpose of accurately reflecting estimated revenues and appropriations as follows:
SECTION 3. The City Council hereby amends the authorized staffing by approving the reclassification/restructure/title change of one Senior Accounting Technician (GS-051) to a Senior Administrative Assistant (MC-055) (Finance).
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution, and it shall thereupon be in full force and effect.
