A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2021-22 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY RELEASING AND UNAPPROPRIATING $40,000 OF MEASURE R FUNDS AND $122,427 OF SERIES “BI (AX/AI)” BOND PROCEEDS FUNDS FROM “STREET IMPROVEMENTS ‐ DISTRICT 5,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71045, THEREBY CLOSING THE PROJECT, AND APPROPRIATING $40,000 OF MEASURE R FUNDS AND $122,427 OF SERIES “BI (AX/AI)” BOND PROCEEDS FUNDS TO “STREET PRESERVATION – LOCAL (FY 21-22),” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-68572 WHEREAS, the “Street Improvements ‐ District 5,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71045 has reached completion and has unused available Measure R funding in the amount of $40,000 and has unused available Series “BI (AX/AI)” Bond Proceeds funding in the amount of $122,427; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to unappropriate $40,000 of Measure R funds and unappropriate $122,427 of Series “BI (AX/AI)” Bond Proceeds funds from “Street Improvements ‐ District 5,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71045, thus closing the project; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appropriate $40,000 of Measure R funds and $122,427 of Series “BI (AX/AI)” Bond Proceeds funds to “Street Preservation ‐ Local (FY 21‐22),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68572; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2021-22 CIP Budget by:
Releasing and unappropriating $40,000 of Measure R funds from “Street Improvements ‐ District 5,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71045; and Releasing and unappropriating $122,427 of Series “BI (AX/AI)” Bond Proceeds funds from “Street Improvements ‐ District 5,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71045, thus closing the project; and Appropriating $40,000 of Measure R funds to “Street Preservation ‐ Local (FY 21‐22),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68572; and Appropriating $122,427 of Series “BI (AX/AI)” Bond Proceeds funds to “Street Preservation ‐ Local (FY 21‐22),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68572.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
