RESOLUTION NO. 2022-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2021-22 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY CREATING A NEW CIP PROJECT, “HOLT AVENUE CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575, ACCEPTING CLEAN CALIFORNIA LOCAL GRANT FUNDS, AND INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATING $4,922,041 OF CLEAN CALIFORNIA LOCAL GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS AND APPROPRIATING $100,000 OF AVAILABLE MEASURE M FUNDS TO THE NEW PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council is prescribed the authority by Charter of the City of Pomona (City) to adopt and amend the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2021-22 CIP Budget by creating a new project, “Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575 and increasing revenue estimates (428-2590-40873-68575) by $4,922,041 and appropriating $4,922,041 of Clean California Local Grant Program (Clean CA) funds (428-2590-66196-68575) and $100,000 of Measure M funds (138-2590-89987-68575, 428-2590-80878-68575, and 428-2590-66196-68575) to the new project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends the FY 2021-22 CIP Budget by creating a new CIP project, “Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575, and increasing revenue estimates (428-2590-40873-68575) by $4,922,041 and appropriating $4,922,041 of Clean CA Local Grant Program funds (428-2590-66196-68575) and $100,000 of available Measure M funds (138-2590-89987-68575, 428-2590-80878-68575, and 428-2590-66196-68575) to the new project as presented in Attachment No. 2-Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
