Total ‐ ‐ 350,000 ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ Project Description: The proposed project will remodel a portion of the Library basement that is currently vacant and was last occupied by the Police Department. The improvements will reconfigure the space to accommodate approximately 10 Community Service staff members who oversee and administratively support youth programming. The remodel will be an open concept design with one private office and a small conference room. The project will include: environmental testing, demolition, construction, carpet, paint, and associated office furniture, etc.
